Foreign exchange market is present where one currency is traded for another currency. Many countries around the world have different currencies and the place or the event of this trading is said to happen in a Foreign exchange market.
Its considered as one of the biggest trading markets (financial) as it is done by a group of large insititutions like the central banks of indidual countries , currency speculators, multinational companies , goverments and financial markets and institutions.
Average daily forex trade is estimated to exceed US$2 trillion.
